Part of a 6 person development team that was in the process of designing a new system to combine and replace old outdated systems using Cold Fusion MX 8. Design and interface of the new system uses Ajax to create streamlined and user friendly interface, and also uses XML to interface with vendors to retrieve information from their sites. The entire application is based upon a custom developed MVC framework utilizing CFC's with the database backend completely designed and maintained in Microsoft SQL Server 2005.

Main responsibilities included management and maintenance of existing applications and lead development of new applications including, but not limited too, an online Portal tracking system and Intranet to automate internal processes and specific requirements to business.
- Application development was done utilizing ColdFusion MX7, CFElcipse, Object-Oriented Design and Microsoft SQL Server 2005. Ajax was used to display and call information from the database, and also used to do things such as auto-complete form fields and serialize forms to update or insert information into the database. Small Flex modules were also developed to introduce the new technology to managers. These modules were basic tab based forms that showcased the styling for the site and also how easy and user friendly a user could enter the information into existing forms in their applications.
- Also responsible for setting up web-based demonstrations and meetings for internal and external application setup, and provide training to employees and associates on how to use the system.
- CAD responsibilities included Modeling and Detailing work using Unigraphics, SolidEdge, and Autodesk products. Was also responsible for performing sales and software demonstrations as an application engineer of the Solid Edge CAD Software.
